Greek Yogurt Banana Dessert
A perfect dessert for parties or just to fulfill your sweet tooth cravings.
- 1 ripe Banana
- Caramel syrup
1. Take a bowl and put a cloth on top. Put regular yogurt and hang it for 6 hrs, preferably overnight.
2. Put a Greek yogurt in a air-closed container and freeze it. It has a self-life of a month.
3. In a bowl, put 2tbsp Greek yogurt, sliced banana and caramel syrup.
4. Enjoy. 🙂
Greek yogurt/ labanah is when regular yogurt is strained into whey and a creamy mixture of yogurt. Whey is full of nutrients that can be either used in soups, smoothies or give it to the plants.

how healthy and delicious is this! you got me craving now!
That looks really good! And healthy! Why do you hang the yogurt?
You can hang it or strain it. I hung it because its easier to separate the whey from the regular yogurt.
Looks very interesting. Never would have crossed my mind to make desserts this way. I’m also a fan of Greek yogurt.
