When we think of steak, we usually think of hours of cooking before we can get the dish on the table. But that is really not the case. Chicken steak can be cooked in no time. The best part is it can be ready in 20 minutes. 🙂
- 500g boneless chicken.
- 1tbsp lemon juice.
- 4-5 tbsp Chicken Tikka packet.
- 1tbsp peri peri hot sauce.
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste.
Marinate all the above ingredients for a minimum of 1 hour. grease a grill pan with little oil and cook the chicken. Serve with salad and yogurt. 🙂
